It is an honor and privilege to serve as President of the Augusta Alumnae Chapter, home of the 23rd National President Dr. Louise A. Rice. With a membership of 191 talented, accomplished, and dedicated women, we strive to advocate for the citizens of Augusta in Richmond and Burke counties. We are committed to advancing educational opportunity, economic empowerment, social activism, and overall well-being for the greater Augusta community.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated is a private, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world. Our chapter programs align with the Five Point Programmatic Thrust of the Sorority. It includes Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement.

As we celebrate our 45th year, we are a chapter ready, equipped, and deliberate in our service. Our commitment is to improve and elevate the community.
